SHIPPING

The Lazy Flamingo Boutique, I strive to get orders shipped quickly! All orders will ship within 1-4 business days. Please note that I reserve the right to verify payment method on any order which may cause a slight delay in shipping. If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

Once your order is with USPS, I am no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Furthermore, I am not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. I recommend checking with your family members and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. If you've just placed an order and you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact me immediately at TheLazyFlamingo.Boutique@gmail.com and I can get that fixed for you, as long as I haven't shipped your order yet. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that incur from the Post Office.

In addition, I cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.


SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • First Class Shipping: All U.S. orders are FREE with USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure  location. 
  • Priority Mail: You can upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for only $7.00. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Express Mail: You can upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $25, orders placed by Noon EST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.
  • Shipping to Canada: We currently ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship for a flat fee of $25.00, so add as many things as you'd like to your cart! We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs/import/duty charges once the package leaves the US.

Please note that The Lazy Flamingo Boutique cannot be held responsible for any USPS delays, and therefore I cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer.

RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS  

Here at The Lazy Flamingo Boutique it is my top priority to provide superior service! I understand things don't always work out! Please carefully review the Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

RETURN POLICY PROCEDURES:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. Credit will be in the form of a proom code which will be emailed to you with the email provided in your billing. Store Credit promo codes do not expire.
  • Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
  • All returns must be received at The Lazy Flamingo Boutique within 15 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that I receive your return within the 15-day window.
  • Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached (if item arrived with tags), and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains. Please see "CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS" below for exact specifications.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Please note: the priority shipping upgrade fee and all return shipping cost are non-refundable and will not be included in store credits.
  • Please include your original packing inside your return for correct processing.
  • I am not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.

    CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

    Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. I totally understand and are here to help! You must contact me immediately to insure your package isn’t shipped! You can contact me at TheLazyFlamingo.Boutique@gmail.com.  If your order has already been processed, I am unable to make any changes to your order.


    SOMETHING WRONG?

    Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, contact me within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to include a picture of the defect, as this will expedite the process. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you!     CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

    All returned items must be in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stains, and still have tags attached (if any). If I receive an item that does not meet these conditions, I cannot accept the item for return. If this is the case, the item can be sent back to you for a $10 return fee.
